My research focuses on the interpretation of service quality in higher education, the identification of stakeholders, and the quality improvement of educational processes as well as the examination of the implementation success  of applicable methods in this field, primarily following a bottom-up approach. In the recent period, I have paid special attention to the application success criteria of the EFQM self-assessment model in higher education, as well as to the improvement of service quality,its  tools and methods applicable at the course level.
